Maybe in a few ways. I’ve become a lot faster in my prep, and find myself using my notes less because I can keep it all together in my head. i haven’t changed our flavors very much, and actually try to make sure I bring those flavors into the restaurant to keep the bbq there at a high level.

Not hard to guess #2, never got why people who seem so miserable keep coming back to do something they obviously don’t enjoy.

Congrats on the win and the four taps. You’ve always been pretty successful, but has working in the restaurant changed how you cook for competition?

hey. todd from bhb here. you guys were certainly a hit at our summerfest. I think, second to our delicious Black Hops Beer, your pulled pork sandwiches were the most frequent topic of discussion I had all afternoon.
